All reading history and personal notes are stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. We do not store this information on our servers. You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to preserve. Clearing your browser data will delete your reading history.

5. AI-Enhanced Interpretations

When you choose to use AI-enhanced interpretations, your question and card selection may be sent to third-party AI services for processing. These interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence and should be considered as additional perspectives, not absolute truths.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including tarot card descriptions, interpretations, images, and design elements, are the property of Mystic Tarot or licensed for use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability
